Central Michigan District Health Department has COVID-19 vaccine appointments available for individuals, ages 16 and above. We need your help in reaching EVERYONE in this age group in our communities to let them know that they can schedule an appointment now!!!!
We have openings in some of our clinics this week!
See the attached flyer on how to schedule an appointment.
We also have one clinic site that is offering vaccines for 16 and 17-year-olds.
- Clare County at Hayes Township Hall is for this age group to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
- A parent/guardian must accompany them to the appointment.
